Windows - Linux : Timing out

Windows 7 with Symantec, Installed VirtualBox-4.3.20-96997-Win.exe and tried to open ubuntu-14.04.1-desktop-i386.iso. Got timed out error with fol. message. Attached logs.

That doesn't seem to work. Mine doesnt seem like issue with KB3024777 or KB3004394.

I have symantec and a hdd encryption thing.

there are multiple issues in the thread.

Try this, uninstall VirtualBox 4.3.20 and install VirtualBox 4.3.12.
