This error i will crazy.

Take a look at the discussion:
Windows 4.3.20 specifically for errors due to security. You might find some newer test builds and/or other helpful hints. Here is one hint; it's not just that KB that a lot of people have been sidetracked by. It's a lot of things (antivirus, firewalls, debuggers, emulators, theme changers, etc). Here's another hint; try 4.3.12.

I'm not seeing any errors reported in the startup log, so if the new hardening feature is not stopping this VM from running then the security discussion may not be applicable.
Let's see the actual VM log please: Right click the VM in the GUI. Select "Show Log". Save "VBox.log" to a file. Compress that file and attach it to a message here. Make sure the VM is fully shut down before taking a log.

Gui only Windows vista mode open. Not show gui log file. Upload original log file

Thanks, but I already told you that the startup log is not useful. I certainly don't need to see two. I gave you instructions for retrieving the correct log.

In that case I suggest that you uninstall VirtualBox and then reinstall for the correct user, using "Run as administrator" to run the installer.
Oh, and stop using Vista compatibliity mode. I am not aware of anything that makes that necessary. VirtualBox is built for modern Windows.
