Hi there, I am having a problem restoring from a snapshot. When I try to restore to the snapshot immediately precedent to the following entry in the snapshot tree
"Current State (changed)", I get the following error:

When I click on ok, another box appears which says:

No error info.

When I click on Copy, here are the copied contents:

There are two other prior entries in the snapshot tree and they can be restored without a problem. The only difference between the current state and the snapshot producing the error is that the program QuickBooks is started for the first time.

How can I fix this? Many thanks for your help!

I don't know of any way to fix it. Data fragility is inherent in the concept of snapshots.

The best you can do is do a full VM clone from any selected state, and thereby free the cloned VM from snapshot issues.
