Can the GAs partially be working in Windows 10?

I noticed that my Windows 10 guest seems as fast as any Windows guest I have installed. Moving windows around, scrolling, drop shadows, dropdown menus, playing videos etc. are as fast as any Windows guest I have with working GAs. Could 2D and 3D acceleration be working yet window scaling, shared folders etc. not be working?
Just curious.

It was really a generic question but here is just fine.

It's only interesting to people who care about Win10 guests, so it isn't generic.
