Error when using existing virtual disk

I have a windows 7 virtual disk that i create a time ago and so far using it to create new virtual machines without a problem but suddenly i started getting this error when i create new machine and try to use the existing virtual disk. What this error means:

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Windows 7.

The virtual machine 'Windows 7' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1).  More details may be available in 'E:\VM\Windows 7\Logs\VBoxStartup.log'.

See the "security" discussion at the top of this forum. You should not still be using 4.3.16.
