Windows 2008 Install does not work

Hi!

I'm trying to install windows 2008 on a VM and get this message:

Your PC needs to restart
Please hold down the power button
Error Code: 0x000000C4

I send a log file and a PNG.

I'm using a Macbook Pro core 2 duo with 8 gb RAM.

Anybody have a clue about this?
