Connects from Windows Tablet via Wifi to Application VB

I have a Virtual Box (Guest running Windows Server) on a Host Laptop (Windows 7) running a custom application (server/client) within the Guest which all works great.
Now, I want to connect via Wifi (supplied by my Nokia Phone with Internet sharing turned on) from the client version of the custom application on a Window Tablet to the server version of the custom application running in the Guest Virtual Box on the laptop host.
The tablet and the host can see each other but the Guest cannot be seen by the tablet. I have tried every combination of network setting for the VirtualBox.
Does anyone have any ideal if what I trying to do is actually achievable and if so can anyone provide me assistance on the required settings to achieve such a scenario.
This will work if all are logged into my company's domain network with appropriate credentials etc. However, I want to be able to demonstrate the client custom application at Trades Shows using the tablet, my phone as a hotspot to the guest running the server side of the custom application.
Thanks in advance for any help.
