VirtualBox 4.3.20 crash everytime I try to install an OS

Hi


I'm running Virtual Box 4.3.20 on Windows 7 SP1 64Bits without KB3004394. I try to install a guest OS but it does not work anymore after I have updated VirtualBox to 4.3.20.

The message I got while RHEL 5.7,RHEL5.9 or RHEL 7.0 installing the packages is:

It's working under my vmware player but not anymore with Virtualbox.

My situation is similar. I am using vbox 4.3.20 on the Dell Latitude E7240 i7 that has 16gb of RAM with onboard Intel HD Graphics 4400 using Windows 7 Professional 64bit. I'm trying to start the VM to install a Windows 7 64bit OS but it would crash and give me the blue screen of death and does a memory dump.--The blue screen mentioned something about dgmaster.sys.

Is it because my Graphic Card spec is too low to support the VM?

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
