Use Turtle Beach Headset in Win7 Virtualisation

Hi,
one Turtle Beach Software Programm is only available von Win OS. So i installed a Win7 with Virtual Box on my Macbook Air with Yosemite. The Headset is a USB Headset. So i set the Settings to use this USB Device on Win7.
When i go to Sounds on Windows 7 it says that the Turtle Beach Headset is the default Device. But when i use a sound on the Win7 i heard that with the Speakers of my Macbook. Also the Turtle Beach Software on Win7 can't detect a Headset.
Can anybody help me?
