No option for x64

No option for x64

I have just had to reinstall VB ver 4.3.20 and when I go to create a new machine it's not giving me the option of 64bit. What dumb thing am I not doing???

VBox Version: VirtualBox+Oracle ExtPack
Guest OSses: just about all that run
