Error starting VM after import it - VirtualBox 4.3.20

imported the ova file - OracleLinux65.ova successfully, but get error when try to launch the VM:
Failed to create the VirtualBox COM object.
The application will now terminate.

VM settings:
Linux/Oracle: 64bit ( tried with 32 bit as well, same error. )

Started VirtualBox with compatible mode : Window server 2008 (service pack 1)
