not able to install/uninstall VirtualBox-4.3.20-96997-Win

I had problem opening the Oracle Linux Hands on Labs image with VirtualBox on my Windows 7, It errors with message: Failed to create the VirtualBox COM object. Callee RC: E_INVALIDARG (0x80070057)

So I tried uninstalling virtual box on my Window 7 Professional. The uninstaller does not work, and it complained: "the specified account already exists. "
So I have to manually deleted all the virtual box folders and deleted all virtualbox related regedit entries, except for LEGACY_VBOXDRV and LEGACY_VBOXUSBMON, I'm not able to delete these two regedit enties as it errors.
After doing that, I restarted windows, and try to install VirtualBox-4.3.20-96997-Win again, now it complains:
"The older version of 4.3.20 cannot be removed, contact your technical support group."

So I'm stuck now. Can someone please advise?

update: this issue has been resolved by restore to an earlier windows restore point.

and i have another problem that it have an bug form set the cpu , the cpu set 2 or 3 or 4 , running vm , is not 2 or 3 or 4 cpu in vm . T_T

I have the same problem, tried every thing but nothing work.
