clipboard doesn't work

problem:
clipboard doesn't work. Any idea? guest additions have been installed.

situation:
Host: Ubuntu 14.04 mit Virtualbox 4.3.10-dfsg-1

Doesn't work... at doing what?

And please provide a VM log file. Make sure VM is shut down. Right click VM in GUI. Select "Show Log" then save "VBox.log" (only) to a file. Zip file and attach here.
