lenovo yoga 2 windows 8 iso file install

I'm trying to install a windos 8 iso file. My error states "the 64-bit application couldn't load because your PC doesn't have a 64-bit proc". (not true) Is there a resolution? please help

FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests.
