Virtualbox 4.3.20 on Windows 8.1

Dear friends,
I am trying to install latest version of virtualbox 4.3.20 on my Windows 8.1 Machine. First problem I am facing is that installation hangs near the end of copying files screen and it takes hour and hours and I have to force it to quit. not only installation but un-installation also hangs.

However, if reboot the system, i see a icon on desktop and when i try to make a new virtual machine and try to start it, it gives the following error.

Please note that this error occurs when I try to click on Start for installation of Fedora.
Please help.

Here are the details.

1. Windows 8.1, 32-bit
2. virtualbox log file is attached.
3. I am running ZoneAlarm (firewall only, version 13.2.015.000, vsmon version 3.2.15, driver version 13.1.123.0), Avast Antivirus (version 2015.10.0.2208), Mozilla maintenance service.

Interesting thing is that I was able to install it once, it was working fine. I uninstalled it for some reasons and now I am trapped in a non-ending loop.
