I am getting the following error:
Critical error has occurred while running the VM and the machine execution has been stopped.

You're running a really old version of VirtualBox. Could you try to upgrade to the latest and greatest? https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads

I am creating the stage area and unzip my oracle EBS12.1.1 into stage.
I did the mount command and then
I am using the following command:
for z in *zip; do unzip -o $z -d /home/Oracle/stage; done

I downloaded the latest Virtual box and the error was resolved.
