I did not use my vbox in some time and today I am getting this message

Can someone please tell me how to fix this.. I dont want to lose my work

You could try to read the two vbox-* files and or their dates. Choose the newest one and copy to a new file without the prev, or tmp.
Then you should figure out why the original went missing.

i rename the most upto date one and it looks like its working... thanks so much
