Win 7 HE guest VM critical error

I've got a recurring critical error that occurs when attempting to start a Win 7 HE guest VM. This may have started after upgrading the host system from Mavericks to Yosemite. Log attached as instructed by the error message. Your advice is greatly appreciated.

You may want to try a version of VirtualBox that is less than two years old. I would run the VirtualBox_Uninstall tool first. Make sure to update the extension pack and the guest additions as well.

Once I figured out that the VIrtualBox_Uninstall tool was included within the DMG file (and not a separate download on the website), I was good to go.

Upgrading to the latest version did the trick. The Windows VM now launches.
