When I try to start VM my host-computer just turn off.
Host-computer: windows 7 64-bit
VM: Windows XP 32-bit

Minidump file indicated that there is a problem with the ntkrnlmp.exe

Code: Select all

Analyzing "C:\Users\oldwin\Downloads\kdfe\011315-30685-01.dmp", please wait... Done.
Crash date: Tue Jan 13 13:28:49.289 2015 (GMT+3)
Stop error code: 0x3B
Process name: VirtualBox.exe
Probably caused by: ntkrnlmp.exe ( ntRtlImageNtHeaderEx+3f )
I updated VirtualBox to 4.3.20 version but the error didn't disappear.

This would indicate some kind of critical hardware error on the host - bad RAM etc. VMs are resource hungry, and reach the parts of your PC that other apps may not reach - so you need to make sure that those parts work.

If you want to continue this conversation then post what exists of the VM log file: Right click the VM in the GUI. Select "Show Log". Save "VBox.log" to a file. Compress that file and attach it to a message here.

What made you think you have the same problem? - None of your logs shows a host reset, they all ran to completion, albeit that "completion" often means erroring out. Your problem is most likely that you don't have enough free memory.
