VirtualBox 4.3.20 - Timed out after 60002 ms waiting for chi

Hello,
This happened after the new year's eve. I don't remember about any system changes since I've successfully used VBox last time.
Reinstall/restatart several times. Disabled antivirus&firewall.

Error: Timed out after 60002 ms waiting for child request #1 (CloseEvents).
Windows 7 SP1 x64
VirtualBox 4.3.20

If you have any suggestion, thank you.

I don't have KB3004394 in my Installed Updates so I can't uninstall it. I've tried anyway to apply the fix using KB3024777 but with no result.

I have the same issue running 4.3.20 and I do not have KB3004394 installed either.

Running Win7 Pro SP1 x64
SEP 12.1.5 (12.1 RU5) build 5337 is disabled locally (disabled Application and Device Control policy on the server already)

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing vbox several times to no avail.

I've installed 4.3.12 and it works. For now I will use it like that.
