Google. We're here to help you as a user to user, not as a teacher to pupil. If the answer is easily discoverable in Google (in less than a minute), do not expect people to hold your hand all the way. That's what loukingjr was practically saying and I second that.

You have MSI logging enabled, so now you can try to install VirtualBox again (make sure any old version is uninstalled first, and be sure to use "Run as administrator" when running the installer). Assuming that the install attempt will fail: grab the MSI log, zip it and post it here.

It looks like it is failing to install network filter drivers, so it looks like you are having standard permissions problems. I.e. either you are not using "Run as administrator", or you have "Driver Signature Enforcement" configured to silently reject non-Microsoft drivers. You should Google for how to fix the latter, which is a problem regardless of the user privilege level.

and another thing that i should tell you is i actually had virtualbox installed and running on my computer but i actually removed it cant remember why and now it wont let me install do you think its the installer package?

Not unless you can provide much better feedback than "that didn't work". In any case it's really Microsoft you should be getting help from - it's their installer which is failing, on their OS.
