[Solved] I can't install virtualbox

ok i thank all of you who help users like me and i really appreciate that but if we can go step by step on diagnosing my problem it will be better for me to understand and better for you to understand what problems im having. So if you could please tell me what to do first so i can come back here and post in the results.

I can only refer you to the answer I gave you already. "Google for how to enable Windows Installer (MSI) logging. That's the only way you'll find out what the problem is". Remember to zip the log before posting it here.

i googled searched that alreday but i got confused on all the results, what should i do?

ok i clicked on fixit and i downloaded the program now what do i do?
At the end of the installer it said "The Microsoft Fix It Has Been Processed" and gave me three options:-
Click to tell us what you think;
Click to get online help now;
Click to read more about microsoft fix it.
which one of them do i click?

Just close it. There is information on the page I linked to tell you what to do next.

I don't mean to sound insensitive but I don't think you are anywhere near ready to be using VirtualBox. I think the first thing you might do is learn how to use Windows.

to install multiple oses like linux, ubuntu and maybe windows xp. why do you ask?

listen i did not come here for you to teach me, i came here for you to help me on installing virtualbox without any errors okay. now that i've enabled msi logging feature what do i do is what i ask from you, understand or do you need some more explaining.
