Something seems to be missing from your report. What happened between the time this worked and now?

yes sorry i forgot to mention that I got this error after a updated windows 7 and VirtualBox to VirtualBox-4.3.20-96997-Win.

That being the case you need to post a guests log file ( as an attachment ) just after it fails.

The only guest log that I have is VBoxStartup.log witch is already attached in the top post, the file its ziped because is to big to upload.

So if you try to start a guest and it does not work you don't get a guests log? Right click on the guest in the main manager and then left click on show log, save and post ( as an attachment ).

I would love to post the log file but in the log viewer say: No log file found. Press the Refresh button...

There is absolutely no vBox.log file anywhere.

Strange since there should have been a log from a previous time when it did work. Is there anything else that we should know about the install like files moved, Etc.?

Anyway the com server is usually a botched install. Did you install by running as admin and did you also update the extension pack to match the new install?

He probably was a log file before i completely removed and reinstall the all thing.

Here is the files that i have installed:
VirtualBox-4.3.20-96997-Win.exe
Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-4.3.20.vbox-extpack

Yes i did install as an admin and yes i did install the extension pack.

Even after a fresh installation and after i created a new VM i have this error.
I did try to install an older version and I have many others error.

It's probably an windows security update.

What should i do next?

I don't know. I did not see anything that sticks out as an issue in your logs you did post especially since you say you tried older version of VirtualBox. Maybe someone else will have an idea.

There are a few hints that this might be an invalid saved state (invalidated by the VirtualBox update). So, I suggest right click VM and "Discard Saved State".

All right after a lot of testing this is definitely a problem with virtualbox all version of virtualbox are working with my windows 7 host until VirtualBox-4.2.12-84980-Win.
