VirtualBox with Flash Drive Hard Drive

I am new to VirtualBox, and I am trying to setup my installation using a 32GB Flash drive as the hard drive.

- VirtualBox Settings
- 1-screenshot.jpg (61.56 KiB) Viewed 1274 times
Then I get something that seems to indicate that I am out of disk space:

- Virtual Box Error
- 1-screenshot.jpg (65.45 KiB) Viewed 1274 times
However, looking at my PC, it shows my 32 GB Flash Drive has lots of space available:

- KEY32 Free Space
- 1-screenshot.jpg (19.57 KiB) Viewed 1274 times
Am I not allowed to use a flash drive as installation media?

You probably have the flash drive formatted as FAT32, hitting the maximum file size of 4GB for FAT32

Aw!
You are probably right. I never thought of that.
Let me try NTSF, and I'll report back.

Flash drive was problematic.
I gave up on that an installed it on my small SSD.
