Access Oracle Linux VirtualBox from Mac OS Host

Hi Everyone,
First, I apologize if this is not correct forum for this question - this is my first post.
I need some help. Here is the problem statement.
I have installed an Oracle Linux VirtualBox on my Mac OS. Details as follows:
Host data:
Mac OS: Yosemite 10.10
IP V4: 192.168.15.100
RAM: 10GB
CPU: ip Dual core
Guest data:
OS: Oracle Linux
Application: EBusiness Suite Vision Single Node 12.2.3
OS ip: 192.168.56.101
DHCP configured
Adapters:
3 adapters in total: Host only, Bridged, NAT with port forwarding
EBS Ports: Application: 8000 Database: 1521
EBS application is running and can be accessed from host laptop as normal.
Problem statement:
1) How do I telnet from host (Mac OS) to guest (VM Oracle Linux). I am getting connection refused for telnet 192.168.56.101 80?
2) How do I access the EBusiness Suite application web page from another laptop in my network?
3)How do I access the EBusiness Suite application web page/ database from another laptop outside my wireless?
Appreciate your kind help.
Thanks,
Shamik
