I'm going to try this once more. Don't keep sending screenshots. They aren't important. I need you to attach the FILE. The one that is now a WinRAR archive and you should compress the VBoxStartup file and attach that as well. No more screenshots.

You have multiple problems with your setup:
  1. You have customized the Windows theme and VirtualBox will not work with modified system files.
    00:00:01.777910 ... _LdrLoadDll: rejecting 'C:\Windows\system32\uxtheme.dll': rcNt=0xc000019000
    See for example the end of this discussion. For more information, take a look at: Windows 4.3.20 specifically for errors due to security.
  2. Even if you get VirtualBox running, you have 863 MB available and you try to allocate 1280 MB to your guest. It will not work. Either close some application in the host, or buy more RAM.
