Fresh install of Lubuntu will not boot (Kernel Panic)

Host: Windows 7 SP1 x64
Guest: Lubuntu 14.10 x64
Virtualbox: 4.3.20 (r96997)
CPU: AMD FX-8350 (not overclocked)

Now that I've installed Lubuntu 14.10, I cannot boot. This is what I get.

Since I was able to install Lubuntu, I figured I'd try enabling NPF again. This is what I get (some garbled view, with ultra low resolution).

If I disable NPF, and only allow 1 core, I can successfully boot...

Below was the old issue...

I'm not entirely sure what the improvement is with a nested page file, but I've had success in the past with it enabled. If NPF is enabled, I get these errors. A few times I also received a TCS calibration error.

With NPF off, I still receive all errors but it doesn't crash (like the fourth image).

Here's the fourth image, as I'm limited to 3 attachments. Image

Bumping a two hour old topic on a holiday is really poor taste. Anyway you posted a lot of junk but no real diagnostics. Where is the guests log file ( as an attachment )

It would be poor taste if I had the title full of exclamation marks, and demanded to be answered now. It doesn't help when someone assumes wrongful intent, when it just isn't there.

See, I'm not too familiar with diagnosing Virtualbox. I figure posting what problems I'm having in the guest would be helpful (they're only "junk" if you don't understand them). If you can tell me which files you would like to see, I'm happy to post them. Sometimes all you have to do is ask nicely.

bumping a post two hours later IS the equivalent of demanding an answer now.

I shouldn't bother but…

Don't answer me then. Consider this thread closed. Have a happy new years, and a wonderful time enforcing/squabbling about your trivial rules.

Rules? All you was asked to provide was basic diagnostic information. If you can't do that then you can't be helped. Since you no longer seem to want help I'll lock the thread.
