VBox Restart Problems

I have XP running in Vbox and every time I restart XP, I run into this. It freezes in between restarts. Does this happen to anyone else?

Host - Windows 7 64b - 8gb of Ram
Guest - Windows XP 32b - 1gb of Ram

No, it's not. You can attach it as a zipped file in your message. The same with the picture.
But, you have these in your log:
supR3HardenedMonitor_LdrLoadDll: rejecting 'C:\Windows\system32\igd10iumd64.dll'
supR3HardenedMonitor_LdrLoadDll: rejecting 'C:\Windows\system32\igdumdim64.dll'
Take a look at the discussion:
Windows 4.3.20 specifically for errors due to security. You might find some newer test builds and/or other helpful hints.
