VMs won't work

When I try to run my XP VM this error pops up:

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 32-bit (x86)
AV: Microsoft Security Essentials+McAfee

Take a look at the following thread: Windows 4.3.20 specifically for errors due to security.
