4.3.20 crashes on start on Windows 10 build 9879

To my knowledge, I have reported this issue myself on the Oracle forums, only twice.
The other 3 times were other users asking the same thing I was asking, and I replied to those posts with as much information as I could.
The original poster of this thread, was not me.

Here is my original report of the problem, and diagnostic info, which I reported right after Windows 10 Build 9879 was first released, on 11/13/2014.

Just wanted to stop by to say that, the ticket now has a build in it that actually opens on Windows 10!
