No USB Devices

Hi together,

i have a problem using VirtualBox 4.3.12.
I can´t add USB devices in my VirtualBox settings. Any devices i tried to use are working on my computer(I am using Win7 prof. 64).
A few weeks ago it worked fine, i don´t know what happened wrong. So i updatet to 4.3.20, but when trying to use this version i can´t start one of my guest systems, there appears an error that something crashed. After searching on Google i was told to use the older version.
What is the problem for this? May be a windows update?
I hope somebody can help me to get my USB devices work again in my guest systems?

Make sure the right extension pack is installed. The extpack version must match the VirtualBox version.
