Windows 8.1 3200x1800 DPI issue

I am sure you have seen this question asked many times but inside the VM's OS it can't even get close to my computers 3200x1800 i cant even hardly see the VM os when its powered up.

The main advice is, first choose a correct forum (your Q doesn't seem to be about your Windows Host, so this doesn't seem to be the correct forum). Then go on to provide Minimum information needed for assistance (in particular a VM log file).

And be specific: pick a particular VM as a test case.

And whatever VM you are using you need to install the guest additions to achieve full resolution.

Except that, until we know what the guest OS is, we don't even know if GAs are available.

I think your issue is caused by having a HiDPI screen such as on a Yoga 2 Pro. It's not a VirtualBox issue but rather an OS/Desktop Environment issue. You need to run a guest OS that supports HiDPI or switch to a lower resolution on your host.
