VM Virtual Box did not give Option for installing Ubuntu 64

I am using Window 8.1 64 bit and vM Virtual box 4.3 when i am installing Ubuntu 14.04 on Vm it does not give option for 64 bit all listed is 32 bit.
I am using HP-2000-Notebook Pavilion Series with Inter I3, X64 based Processor and 6 GB Memory.
More when i tried the Ubuntu 14.04 32 bit, it prompts the following error;
tsc: FAST TSC calibration failed.
I had checked it with Intel Processor Identification Utility and it says, No for Virtualization technology and Yes for Hyper-Threading Technology and 64 Architecture.
How to solve my issue, is there any alternative?
