If your host network adapter is not listed in the options for Bridged mode then that means that the VirtualBox Bridged driver is not installed on the host. On Windows 8.1 64bit host you must use "Run as administrator" when installing VirtualBox.

That host OS has an additional security feature which affects even administrator level users. It is called "Driver Signature Enforcement", and you should make sure that your host is not configured to silently reject the installation of drivers it does not like. It should at least prompt you, and you should tell it to trust drivers signed by Oracle.

Final notes: if bridging is successful, the guest will see a second wired network adapter, not wireless. If the purpose of having two NICs was to add wireless then you need to rethink that. Also, bridged mode does not always work well over wireless adapters.
