From your log file:
00:00:10.895059 Host RAM: 1940MB total, 1070MB available
00:00:11.491445 RamSize <integer> = 0x000000004e500000 (1 313 865 728, 1 253 MB)
00:02:20.159834 PGM: Failed to procure handy pages; rc=VERR_NO_MEMORY rcAlloc=VINF_SUCCESS rcSeed=VINF_SUCCESS cHandyPages=0x17
You're allocating more memory to your guest (1253MB) than you actually have available (1070MB). Even if you assigned 1024MB to your guest, you're going to run very low on the host. Either close applications on your host, or buy more memory.

PS. Can a moderator please move the topic to the appropriate forum? This is not a Beta/RC problem.
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.

If you obfuscate any information requested, I will obfuscate my response. These are virtual UUIDs, not real ones.

I'm also concerned that this user isn't knowledgeable enough to distinguish between 32bit and 64bit guests, and a 64bit guest is unlikely to run with the given recipe.

Really, the problem description is not very informative. Next time you could add a better description in your native language, we might be able to make sense of it using Google Translate.
