Unable to install

I'm trying to install virtualbox 4.3.20, it keeps telling me installation ended prematurely. I tried downloading 4.3.18 same error. So I tried the beta 4.3.21 and got the same thing. It gets about 90% installed and then rolls back. I'm on win 7 64bit. I downloaded a windows patch mentioned in one of the threads here and that didn't do anything. The patch I downloaded was

Try to install 4.3.12. See if that works...

Then I guess your Windows Installer is having some trouble. Search your favorite search-engine for "Fix Windows installer", or something of that nature. It's pretty common actually...

Try right clicking on the VirtualBox installer and choose "Run As Administrator".

I was able to get 4.3.10 to install, anything after that won't install.
