vbox 4.3.20 - UEFI guest OS

Hello everyone, try to set EFI boot, but I get error message:

the exception Breakpoint. A breakpoint has been reached.
0x80000003 occured in the application at location 0xe1c3eb10


Host - Win 7x64; Guest Win 8.1 Prox32

As far as I know VirtualBox does not support UEFI, it supports EFI. You install Windows guests with EFI disabled.
OSX, Linux and Windows Hosts & Guests

Are they difficult, I thought that UEFI is only Unified EFI But If I make guest Win 8x64 - I don't get any error, I get input to EFI setup and can't run install OS next.

Not really, EFI has been deprecated in favor of UEFI (treat it like UEFI is EFI v.2.0). From the Wikipedia article on EFI: "Extensible Firmware Interface, a firmware interface specification, predecessor of UEFI", which points you to the UEFI article.

Now, VirtualBox offers only experimental support for UEFI, but it's improving over time. See:
