Virtual Box 4.3.18 not start windows 2012 x64 bit

Hello,
I have windows 8.1 64 bit processor. This is a new brand laptop . I have Installed Oracle virtual box 4.3.18 inside it I am trying to install windows 2008 x64 bit. But installation not happening.
It is giving windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem.
1. Install your windows installation disk and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language and click next3.
3. Click repair your computer
Status 0xc0000225
Please help me .. its Urgent
