I am running virtualbox on a windows 7 pc , and on my virtualbox I am running windows server 2012.
When I am restarting the pc on win 7 my usb-keyboard isn't found.
I'n the BIOS it is found and the lights are on but in windows 7 I can't use it until I re-reboot my pc.
what could be the sollution for this problem without rebooting my pc every time.

Do you have a too-wide-open USB filter on your 2012 guest settings? If you have any guest USB filter, try deactivating it and see if the problem occurs. If it doesn't then one of the filters is too broad and catches your host keyboard.
