Leave virtual machine without using mouse

I am running Linux with Fluxbox on Windows 7 host. After entering fullscreen mode with C-f is it possible to leave virtual machine and go to Windows without using mouse? Currently I press C-f to quit fullscreen mode and have to use my mouse to go to Windows.

Same as in windowed mode - tap your host key (i.e. right CTRL by default) and use ALT-Tab/CTRL-Esc/whatever to switch to another window.
