VM doesn't start on Windows 2008 server R2

Hi all,
today, after an upgrade of my Windows 2008 server R2, i'm experiencing a serious problem: my VM doesn't start. In attach VM logs in which seems that error is CryptCATAdminEnumCatalogFromHash:
