Has anyone Seen These Error's Before
Everything was working fine yesterday. I tried to load another OS and these are the error's that I'm getting.

Yes. The second is pretty clear and self-explanatory. You need to go to the Media Manager and (if you want) remove the media that have been red-flagged, because at some point you used them and then you deleted them from your host.
The first one seems to be related to the problem described in: Windows 4.3.20 specifically for errors due to security. Take a look and see if it is a match.
