Restoring Snapshot w/o XMLs

I have my exam that I must submit. Uploading certain files wouldn't work within my CentOS environment, so I am forced to save a snapshot.
I have both snapshot files ( 1 containing the differential writes from the original .vdi file , the other with no writes due to me making a dummy partition within CentOS and no info being saved to it )
I also have the original VDI file.
I, however, do not have the XML config file.
I only need a single HTML file within that hard drive. I don't need anything fancy. Is there anything I can do retrieve the information. I tried using CloneVdi to alleviate some issues but it doesn't recognize the snapshot.vdi images.
ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED
