No Guest additions Iso, downloaded one doesnt support Win7

Ok, so a few of you guys might have seen the post I opened and closed within about 2 minutes.

I'm using Vbox on my Macbook pro and I'm trying to install Guest additions on a Win7 VM. The guest additions iso was not included in my virtual box download at all, after searching around I found a download for it and thought my problems would be solved, however, running the iso on the Win7 VM doesnt work and gives me a error message telling me it doesnt support windows 7. Please help as I am tearing my hair out here.

UPDATE: I finally got a hold of the right version but now I get a message claiming I havent got enough space, its less than 700kb and the VM reports 11gb+ free back on the first window of the install

There is no need to download the guest additions .iso separately. They are part of the VirtualBox package. With the guest open, under the VirtualBox Devices menu, select "Install Guest Additions CD Image…" or press Host+D keys. That will mount the CD image in your W7 guest. run it from there.
