Windows Whistler Error

I tried to boot a Windows Whistler iso to a VM, but I got this message before the Virtualbox bios splash showed:
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Whistler.

Module not found. (VERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND).

I run a Windows XP Home SP3 host, with 1.5 gb of RAM, and an Intel Pentium 4 2.8 ghz. The guest was set up to run 32 bit Windows XP, with 256mb of RAM, 100% performance cap, and 10gb Dynamically allocated vdi disk.
I even did the rewinding the clock trick, but like I said, this crashed before the virtualbox bios splash screen showed up.
