USB Hard Drive Problem...

Hi,
My Western Digital USB HDD (320 gig) is not detected Under VirtualBox 1.6. I have Fedora 9 running as the host w/ windows Xp as the guest os...Any ideas?
HDD IS Detected Under Fedora 9 (Linux)
Note: When running Windows Xp inside VirtualBox, I click on the USB button, there are 6 different devices that are not loaded (greyed out) and my Usb drive is on that list...How can I get the USB drive as well as the other devices to show up inside Windows XP? Do I need to install those drives from inside xp, or can I modify something in Fedora 9 linux to get them working in xp virtualbox?
