I don't know if this is an issue or not but there seems to be quite a few errors at the end of the VBoxSVC.log
I was just looking at some of the VB files and noticed. VB runs fine as do the guests.
Any Thoughts?

I found what was causing the error messages. I use a third party app which keeps a list of all my guests so I can launch them from the menu bar. Doesn't cause any problems other than the messages.
