[Solved] Getting error starting 4.3.12

I have two problems:
1. I get an error when I try to start Virtualbox.
2. I can't get shared folders to work.

Virtualbox ver. 4.3.12r93733
Host Win7
Guest Win7
Antivirus Bitdefender with no firewall
Firewall ZoneAlarm Pro with no antivirus

The first problem is your guest is set to use 1024MB of RAM but your host only has 997MB available.

You need to reduce the RAM for the guest to something between 512MB-768MB and try not to run many if any applications on your host.
You should try increasing the VRAM to 64MB.

The second problem is, you attached the guest additions .iso but you never installed them. Open the CD in your guest and run the guest additions installer.
