Issue with VM starting

I have a windows 7 application that uses Oracle VM VirtualBox instance. When I try to start up the VM it comes back with the following error below

I get this error localhost System. InvalidOperationException:Unable to remove shared folder : I cant execute: removeshare HostVm Could not remove the shared folder 'HostVM' (Verr_Permission_Denied)


Any idea on how to resolve would be appreciated
