VirtualBox - Critical Error during starting application

Hi, I have big problem with Vbox.

Since about 2-3 weeks I have this error



Temporary fix is reinstall VBox, but this error shows after every restart of PC.

System: Windows 7 x64 all updates, CPU: i7-4702MQ, 8 GB RAM
